How fast is delivery?

Orders ship within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days across the EU. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes — delivery is free on all orders over €60. Below that, a flat €4.90 shipping fee applies.

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I choose the right toy for a child's age?

Every product shows a recommended age badge (3+, 6+, 8+, 12+). You can also use the Gift Finder or filter the shop by age group to see only suitable toys.

All toys are tested to European safety standard EN71 and carry CE marking. Materials, safety notes and what's included are listed on every product page.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — add gift wrapping at checkout for €2.90 per order. We never include prices in the parcel, so gifts can be sent directly to the recipient.

Can I use a discount code?

Of course. Enter your coupon code at checkout and the discount is applied instantly. Codes like WELCOME10 work on most products — some exclusions may apply.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest and create an account later — your cart and wishlist will merge automatically when you sign in.
