Acceptable Use Policy

These Ludilo SL rules keep ludilo.shop safe and usable for everyone. They apply to every visitor, customer and registered account.

Permitted use

You may browse the catalogue, search, build carts and wishlists, place orders for personal or gift purposes, write honest reviews of toys you bought, and contact support.

Prohibited activity

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, servers or admin functionality, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission.

Do not interfere with the service: denial-of-service attempts, deliberately excessive request rates, or circumventing rate limits and security controls.

Do not submit false, fraudulent or stolen payment details, or place orders in someone else's name.

Do not upload malware, execute injection attempts, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or endangers children.

Reviews and community content

Reviews must describe your genuine experience with the product. Paid, incentivised, competitor-sabotage and duplicated reviews are removed. Do not include personal data, contact details or links in a review.

Automated access

Search-engine crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome. Scraping the catalogue for republication, price-harvesting at scale and automated purchasing (bots reserving limited stock) are not permitted.

Intellectual property

The Ludilo name, design, copy and photography are protected. You may not copy them for commercial use. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse, a suspected security issue or a problematic review to [email protected]. Security reports made in good faith will not be pursued legally.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may remove content, cancel an order, rate-limit or suspend an account, or report criminal activity to the authorities. Where practical we tell you why and how to appeal.

Orders ship within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days across the EU. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes — delivery is free on all orders over €60. Below that, a flat €4.90 shipping fee applies.

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Every product shows a recommended age badge (3+, 6+, 8+, 12+). You can also use the Gift Finder or filter the shop by age group to see only suitable toys.

All toys are tested to European safety standard EN71 and carry CE marking. Materials, safety notes and what's included are listed on every product page.

Yes — add gift wrapping at checkout for €2.90 per order. We never include prices in the parcel, so gifts can be sent directly to the recipient.
