Acceptance of terms
By using the Ludilo store you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order. We may update the terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
Accounts
You may browse and buy as a guest. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your login.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, resale scraping or any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Products and availability
Product photography, colours and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but small variations between batches are possible. Age guidance reflects real play testing and the manufacturer's safety marking.
Stock levels are shown live. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch we will contact you and refund that line in full.
Prices and currency
Prices are stated in euro and include VAT where applicable. Other currencies shown at checkout are an indicative conversion at the current reference exchange rate; the amount charged is the euro amount, and your bank may apply its own rate and fees.
Prices can change at any time, but the price confirmed in your order confirmation is the price you pay. Obvious pricing errors do not oblige us to supply at that price.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation. We validate every product, price and stock level on our servers before accepting an order.
Each order receives a unique order number that you can use in any correspondence with us.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by the payment methods listed there. We never store full card numbers. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2–4 working days across the EU and is free over €60. Express delivery arrives the next working day. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; risk passes to you on delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. We extend this voluntarily to 30 days. Details of how to return an item and how refunds are calculated are in the Refund Policy.
Warranty and safety
Statutory warranty rights apply to every product. All toys we sell carry CE marking and meet EN 71 safety standards. Always observe the printed age guidance and keep packaging away from small children.
Reviews and user content
Reviews may only be written by customers who bought the product. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the store. We may remove content that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
