How fast is delivery?

Standard delivery is 2–4 working days across the EU and free over €60. Express arrives the next working day for €9.90.

Can I return a gift?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, with a free return label in every box. Unopened gifts bought in November can be returned until mid-January.

How do you decide the age guidance?

Every toy is play tested with families in the stated range, then cross-checked against the manufacturer's EN 71 safety classification. If the two disagree, we publish the more cautious one.

Do you gift wrap?

Recycled kraft wrap and a handwritten card can be added at checkout for €3.50.
