What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We also use local storage, which works in the same way but is not sent with every request. Both are covered by this policy and by the consent banner.

Strictly necessary

These keep the shop working and cannot be switched off: your session and login token, the CSRF protection token, your guest cart and wishlist, your selected currency and your cookie choice itself.

Typical lifetime: from one session up to 12 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the service you requested.

Preferences

Remember your filters, sort order, recently viewed toys and whether you have dismissed a banner. Lifetime up to 6 months. Stored only with your consent.

Analytics

Aggregate, privacy-friendly measurement of which pages are visited and where journeys break. We do not build advertising profiles from it. Lifetime up to 13 months. Stored only with your consent.

Marketing

Ludilo does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this page and the consent banner will be updated before any such cookie is set.

Changing your choice

Use the cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner and accept or reject optional categories at any time. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary items will be recreated when you use the shop again.

Third parties

Our hosting, database and payment providers may set strictly necessary cookies to route requests securely and to prevent fraud. They are contractually barred from using that data for their own purposes.

Everything parents, gift buyers and collectors usually ask us — in one place.

Orders ship within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days across the EU. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes — delivery is free on all orders over €60. Below that, a flat €4.90 shipping fee applies.

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Every product shows a recommended age badge (3+, 6+, 8+, 12+). You can also use the Gift Finder or filter the shop by age group to see only suitable toys.

All toys are tested to European safety standard EN71 and carry CE marking. Materials, safety notes and what's included are listed on every product page.

Yes — add gift wrapping at checkout for €2.90 per order. We never include prices in the parcel, so gifts can be sent directly to the recipient.

Of course. Enter your coupon code at checkout and the discount is applied instantly. Codes like WELCOME10 work on most products — some exclusions may apply.

No. You can check out as a guest and create an account later — your cart and wishlist will merge automatically when you sign in.
